Lebanon - A Lebanon High School custodian is under arrest, accused of having sex with a 15-year-old student.
40-year-old Bryan Delaney is facing a felony charge of sexual misconduct with a minor.
Police began investigating after a school resource officer at Lebanon High School received information that Delaney had a sexual relationship with a then 15-year-old student.
Investigators say the alleged crime happened at Delaney's home.
