West Lafayette - Purdue's promising season has crashed the past two weekends.
The Boilermakers won their first two Big Ten games after quarterback Rob Henry replaced the injured Robert Marve. But humbling losses of 49-0 at Ohio State and 44-10 at Illinois put the Boilermakers (4-4, 2-2 Big Ten) in a tailspin. Now, Purdue (4-4, 2-2) hosts No. 7 Wisconsin.
Henry missed most of last Saturday's game against Illinois with a cut index finger on his throwing hand. Coach Danny Hope said Tuesday he will prepare this week as though freshman Sean Robinson will start against the Badgers. Robinson completed just seven of 20 passes against Illinois.
Wisconsin (7-1, 3-1) is in the hunt for the conference championship and has an outside shot at the national title.
