Fort Wayne - Former Indiana University basketball player Todd Leary was sentenced to two years home detention Monday morning in Fort Wayne.
The Allen County Superior Court Judge ordered Leary to serve two years at home and two years on probation and pay $297,000 in restitution.
Leary pleaded guilty to felony conversion charges in the multi-million-dollar real estate fraud case. Leary has yet to be charged in a separate case in Hamilton County.
Also, Leary is accused of working with two other men to steal appliances from foreclosed homes in Fishers. In that case Leary faces two counts of burglary and three counts of theft.
