Durham to sell off art collection

Indianapolis - An Indianapolis businessman under federal investigation plans to sell his art collection to cover his debt.

Eyewitness News partners at The Indianapolis Star report Tim Durham will place art from his Geist home up for auction October 16th in Cleveland. The collection includes about 95 pieces including works by Peter Max and Picasso.

Last fall, FBI agents raided Durham's offices in Indianapolis and Akron, Ohio. No charges have been filed.
