CARMEL, INDIANA -

Hamilton County - The first revelation in the Carmel High School bus assault case came almost exactly three months ago in February.

On February 18th, Carmel Principal John Williams announced the athletes involved were disciplined.

Four days later, 13 Investigates uncovered that one of three victims had been treated at a local hospital and that the Carmel Police department was opening its own investigation.

On February 26th, four senior basketball players were kicked off the team and not allowed to play on Senior Night.

The Hendricks County Prosecutor announced on March 30th as many as ten adult sex charges were under consideration.

On April 26th, the case went to the a grand jury. Misdemeanor charges were announced May 17th.
