The SkyTrak Weather Network can be seen over-the-air on Channel 50 or on our digital channel 13.2 in northern Marion, southern Hamilton and southern Boone counties. SkyTrak is also available on these central Indiana cable systems. If you have satellite service from DishNetwork or DirecTV contact them and ask them to add the SkyTrak Weather Network to their local channel service.

The Children's Television Act of 1990
The Children's Television Act of 1990 established a specific programming obligation for every commercial television station to "serve the educational and informational needs of children" through overall programming and at least three hours per week of "core" programming specifically designed with educational and informational content.
Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Section 73.2536 (a)(8)(iii) of the FCC Rules, WALV's Childrens Television Programming Reports are kept in the WALV-TV Public Inspection File. Members of the community wishing to view this file may do so between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, at our offices at: WALV-TV 1000 N. Meridian St. Indianapolis, IN 46304.
