Indiana workforce agency offers free online courses

Indianapolis - Indiana residents can take advantage of free online job training through the Indiana Department of Workforce Development until late June.

More than 750 courses in subjects such as desktop computing, project management, human resources and communication skills are available.

Governmental and not-for-profit organizations can sign up for multiple licenses to benefit their employees.

The courses are web-based with no CDs or lengthy downloads required. People can access this training 24 hours a day, seven days a week from any computer with internet access.

In order to qualify for the free training, participants must finish their course before June 29.
