Indianapolis - Three armed robbers held up a bank on the west side of Indianapolis Thursday.
It happened at the National City Bank at 1259 South High School Road.
Witnesses say three men dressed in black caps and gloves came into the bank with their handguns out and demanded money from the teller. They took off with the money and left in a red minivan. The minivan was later found behind the Ben Davis church at 700 South High School Road. The engine was still running.
Police think the robbers jumped into a second vehicle and left the scene.
The FBI is investigating the robbery. They say the subjects are considered armed and dangerous. Call the Indianapolis FBI at (317) 639-3301 with any information.
National City Bank personnel have offered a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individuals responsible for robbing their west side branch.
