Lighter Pesto Linguine with Green Beans & Artichokes

1 package Buitoni Refrigerated Linguine, 9 ounces
1 ¼ cups fresh green beans, cut in half
1 container Buitoni Refrigerated Reduced Fat Pesto with Basil
3/4 cup artichoke hearts, quartered
   pinch ground black pepper
   fresh basil sprigs

Prepare pasta according to package directions, cooking green beans with pasta; drain. Transfer pasta and beans to large serving bowl; toss with pesto, artichoke hearts and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese. Garnish with basil.

Pesto Tortellini with Lemon and Shrimp

1 package Buitoni Whole Wheat 3 Cheese Tortellini
1 container Buitoni Reduced Fat Pesto with Basil
1 ½ teaspoons lemon peel, grated
8 ounces medium shrimp, cooked
2 tablespoons green onion, thinly sliced

Prepare tortellini according to package directions.

Combine pesto and lemon peel in medium saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until heated through.

Transfer cooked tortellini to serving plate. Top with sauce and shrimp. Sprinkle with green onion.

Spinach Alfredo Ravioli

1 package Buitoni Whole Wheat Four Cheese Ravioli
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup crimini mushrooms, sliced
1 package Buitoni Light Alfredo Sauce
1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed out, 10 ounces
1 tablespoon Buitoni Reduced Fat Pesto with Basil

Cook ravioli according to package directions.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and mushrooms; cook until soft. Add spinach, and stir. Add Alfredo sauce and heat through. Just before serving, mix in pesto.

Gently add ravioli, mix and serve.
