Alfredo Fondue

1 package Buitoni 3 Cheese Tortellini
1 package Buitoni Chicken & Prosciutto Tortellini
1 cup milk
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup Gruyere cheese, shredded
1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 container Buitoni Alfredo Sauce
1/4 cup white wine

Prepare tortellini as directed on package.

In a small saucepan, over medium heat, whisk together milk, garlic and flour; cook for 5 minutes. Add cheeses, and stir until melted. Stir in Buitoni Alfredo sauce and wine.

Place in fondue pot and serve with Buitoni tortellini on skewers.

Pesto Garlic Rolls

3 tablespoons Buitoni Pesto with Basil
3 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon olive oil
10 frozen dinner roll dough, thawed
1/2 cup Buitoni Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Heat oven to 375°F.

In a medium bowl, mix together the pesto, green onion, garlic and olive oil until well blended. Cut the dough into walnut-sized pieces; dip each piece into the pesto mixture.

Place coated dough 1" apart on a cookie sheet with a lip; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Piped Pesto Party Dip

1 container Buitoni Refrigerated Pesto with Basil
4 ounces neufchatel cheese, at room temperature
2 tablespoons Buitoni Shredded Parmesan Cheese
                        toasted pinenuts
                        assorted crackers 

Heat skillet to medium. Add pinenuts to dry skillet. Toast until just browned.

Place pesto, neufchatel cheese and Parmesan cheese in food processor. Pulse until creamy. Place in pastry bag. Pipe onto crackers, top with toasted pinenuts.
