Cut the fat and add flavor with Gourmet Garden Herbs and Spices The Gourmet Garden Story....

Our herbs and spices are grown in a fertile valley North of Brisbane, Australia on the Sunshine Coast. During harvest time our agronomist tests the essential oils daily and she controls when they are harvested. They are shipped refrigerated to our facility where they are washed, sorted and mixed with canola oil and some salts and sugars using a globally patented process. There is no heating or cooking involved - this is strictly a cold chain process - as you can see when you compare our white garlic to the brownish yellow processed garlic products.
