Community Calendar Guidelines

We encourage you to submit only those functions that are open to the general public. Please note that due to the large volume of requests we receive for such a small amount of space, we are currently not able to include all submitted events.  Individual church and school events will not be listed as there are more requested than space available.

Here is what you need to do:

Submit your request at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. Describe the event by answering these questions:

  • WHO is giving event?

  • WHAT is the event?

  • WHEN is the event?

  • WHERE is the event?

  • WHY are you having the event?

  • HOW can the general public participate in the event?


Include a contact name and phone number (please provide a phone number that can be used on the air).
