Indy’s most recognizable TV station, WTHR, is expanding its sales department to include a top-tier local Digital Account Executive. We are looking for a strategic thinker that can craft an effective digital marketing campaign based on a client’s objectives and goals.
It is critical to this position that the right individual work well in a team environment and be excited to share successes and lead by example in order to foster a forward-thinking environment within the department.
This is a performance-based sales position and the compensation levels are more than competitive with a base salary, monthly commissions and bonuses (quarterly and annually) based on reaching and surpassing the budgets put in place. Expected compensation in year one should be well into the six figures once revenue goals are achieved.
In order to reach his/her revenue goals, this individual will have access to a full suite of digital marketing solutions including Targeted Display, Mobile, Video, Email, Social and Re-Targeting. Experience with some or all of these solutions is a must have for the right candidate.
This individual must be able to hit the ground running and therefore must possess these additional minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (may substitute equivalent work experience);
- A minimum of 2 years of outside advertising sales experience with established contacts and relationships in the Indianapolis market;
- A proven and documented history of reaching/surpassing revenue budgets/goals;
- A valid driver’s license
