The workplace shooting at ConAgra Foods has left fellow employees uneasy and the victims family confused and angry.

According to police, 44-year-old Alfonzo Laws walked into the break room at the northwest side warehouse Friday night and made eye contact with 45-year-old Anthony Hicks.

Witnesses told police Laws left the room and came back with a gun then shot Hicks before turning the gun on himself.

Hicks son Adrian took to twitter shortly after the shooting, posting comments like "RIP Anthony Hicks Senior". "The man I've worked to make happy for the last 18 years...and we didn't even get to the good stuff yet."

Hicks wife Peggy told our news gathering partner the Indianapolis Star, "I'm angry. I just don't understand why this guy did what he did."

She told the Star her husband worked at ConAgra for around nine years. She said her husband knew the shooter but was not aware of any issues between the two men.

According to the Laws facebook page, his wife also worked for ConAgra.

Police have not released any new information on the investigation, and have not stated any possible motive.

No one else was hurt in the shooting.
