Winter storm watch in effect this weekend
A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect for Blackford, Jay, and Wayne counties until 10am. Wind chill values will be 10 to 15 below zero.

It was a bitter cold start this morning across Central Indiana.
While it will be dry and sunny today, it will be bitter cold with highs in the upper teens. Wind chill values will be below zero this morning and only in the teens this afternoon.
It will be clear and cold tonight with temperatures falling into the low teens. Wind chill values will be below zero.
The winds will be out of the southwest from 15 to 20 mph. That southerly component will allow temps to climb into the low 30s.
If you're headed to the Colts game, there might be some light snow on your way home.
By Saturday night, snow will be possible and then it will be likely during the overnight. Moderate to heavy snow will be possible from Sunday morning through Sunday evening.
The coldest conditions in 20 years will push in by the work week. Sub zero high temperatures will be possible. The last sub zero temperature was February 10th, 2011 with a high of only -1.
Wind chill values on Monday and Tuesday could be from 30 to 35 below zero. More snow is possible late Wednesday night and Thursday.
