Anderson's iconic Wigwam gymnasium is drawing interest from investors across the country.

A study committee is looking at ways to reuse the complex owned by Anderson Schools.

The Herald Bulletin says the school district plans to demolish the structure unless a buyer is found by March 1st.

Former high school basketball coach Terry Thimlar says he has received financial commitments from across Indiana and the U.S. and believes the site has a lot of potential.

He'd like to place an NBA D-League developmental team there.

He says the venue could also host concerts, conventions, and trade shows.
