If you're looking for a way to celebrate the holidays, or need a way to keep your kids busy during their break, you can see a lot without driving a lot at the White River State Park.

Imagine how much fun your kids will have climbing aboard the Santa Claus Express and riding the rails through the Indiana State Museum. Celebration Crossing is one of many great activities and exhibits at White River State Park.

The great thing about the park is the access to seven total attractions, including the Eiteljorg Museum just next door to the State Museum, where there is another chance to satisfy your inner engineer with their Jingle Rails exhibit. The train takes you through the Great American West, all decked out for the holidays, with replicas of national treasures.

Another family favorite in WRP is Christmas at the Zoo, an even better experience with the mild weather we've had. The dolphin exhibit and shark exhibits are both open, and all the lights make the experience magical.

If you "like" their Facebook page, you can get $2 off admission to the State Museum.

You can also purchase a White River State park pass, which allows you into six attractions at just one price.
