INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - For the most part, we are back to work after the holidays and downtown is buzzing again. So tonight in "What's Cooking", we are checking out a popular lunch spot the customers line up for daily.

Subito opened about a year ago on Virginia Avenue. The menu is pretty simple - sandwiches, soups and salads - and just like the the Italian word suggests, you get it in a hurry!

"I wanted to serve people who had a limited time for lunch, so that is kind of the "Subito," immediately, thing. You can come in and within three minutes, you are out the door," said owner Chuck Brezina.

Everything is made fresh daily, even the bread, and it's quality that the customers really like.

"They've got sandwiches, salads, soups, daily specials. It's pretty affordable for downtown, so I love it," said a customer.

The soups are all based on the calendar, with the schedule coming out at the start of each month.
