INDIANAPOLIS — The quiet and dry pattern continues again today. In fact, it looks like the stretch of dry weather will continue well into next week. The driest stretch that stands for Indianapolis back to 1871, is seven days in a row. That took place March 1-7 in 2009. The dry stretch for Indy this year will likely be a record breaker, with around eight or nine days rain-free.

And because it's been dry, Indy hasn't recorded any snow either. Normally, Indianapolis records around a half inch of snow for March 1-5.
