Two Indianapolis teens arrested in Fishers car break-ins
Two Indianapolis teenagers are in trouble after Fishers Police say they saw them breaking into vehicles in the Weaver Woods North neighborhood.
Police arrested Jalen Williams, 18, and a 17-year-old male.
Fishers Police were called to the neighborhood in the area of 141st Street and Harrison Parkway just before 2:00 am. The caller told police two men were breaking into cars parked in the 14400 block of Lansing Place.
Officers arrived and set up a perimeter, and the suspects fled on foot. The suspects were caught a short time later, and no one was injured.
Williams was taken to the Hamilton County Jail and the 17-year-old was taken to the Hamilton County Juvenile Center.
Williams is charged with D felony theft, along with unauthorized entry into a vehicle (B misdemeanor) and resisting law enforcement (A misdemeanor). The 17-year-old is charged with theft and resisting law enforcement.
