Two men face charges in connection with a homicide in Morgantown Wednesday night.

Morgan County Sheriff Robert Downey tells Eyewitness News that Justen Knapp, 19, and Bryan Woolridge, 21, were arrested. Knapp faces a murder charge and Woolridge is charged with assisting him.

Brad Price, 20, of Nineveh was found dead with multiple gunshot wounds outside a liquor store at State Roads 135 and 252 around 7:00 pm.

According to the sheriff's department, Price was shot at a location on Hickey Road a mile north of Morgantown.

Investigators believe Price and Knapp were in a dispute over a woman. The two agreed to meet, and when they arrived at the scene, it's believed that Knapp, who was armed with a handgun, shot Price.

Knapp and Woolridge, who'd driven Knapp to the location, fled after the shooting. Price's friends at the scene took him to the liquor store intersection and called 911.

Deputies caught up with Knapp and Woolridge at a Morgantown home. They were taken into custody and interviewed, and both are being held in the Morgan County jail.
