Twenty-five people were arrested on alcohol- or drug-related charges at the Drake vs. Lil' Wayne concert at Klipsch Music Center in Noblesville over the weekend.

Excise officers arrested 20 people for illegal consumption or possession of alcohol and one person was ticketed for possession of false ID. One person was also charged with furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Seven people were arrested on drug charges, including possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

Police say Kenneth S. Williams, 27, of Indianapolis, was jailed on preliminary charges of possession of a controlled substance (Schedule IV) and possession of marijuana after officers saw him smoking marijuana in a Chevrolet Trailblazer in the parking lot.

Joshua J. Christy, 19, of Fishers, was jailed on a preliminary charge of possession of marijuana after he was observed smoking marijuana. Christy provided a false name to police during their investigation, officers said.

All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless, proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
