Trial underway for man accused of robbing and murdering Indianapolis man
A murder trial is underway for a man accused of robbing and murdering an Indianapolis man.
Prosecutors say Corey Davis and two other men attacked Samuel Martinez and robbed him at his east side home in 2012.
The other two men in the case — Lamar Hall and Jeffrey Rovazzini — have pled guilty to murder and robbery.
Hall faces a 45-year prison sentence, and Rovazzini faces 30 years in prison with 10 of those years suspended.
