Tim McGraw is getting more legal flak from his former recording label.

Curb Records is suing McGraw over a contract beef. The label is suing the singer and his new label, Big Machine Records, saying McGraw is still under obligation to record for Curb.

The new, federal, suit alleges copyright infringement and breach of contract. Curb has also sued McGraw in Tennessee state court.

McGraw dropped a new album through Big Machine earlier this year.
