Three Indiana clinics subpoenaed in 2012 meningitis outbreak
Three Indiana medical clinics have received subpoenas in connection with the meningitis outbreak last year that led to the deaths of 11 people in Indiana.
Wellspring Pain Solutions in Columbus, Ambulatory Care Center in Evansville and Union Hospital in Terre Haute have been served subpoenas for information about the outbreak.
