Greene County authorities have released a woman after she fatally shot the man she lived with during a domestic dispute.
The Greene County Sheriff's Department says 32-year-old Teena Foster of Koleen was released late Monday after she was questioned about the shooting of 33-year-old James Austin that evening at the home they shared about 65 miles southwest of Indianapolis.
The department says an autopsy Tuesday determined Austin died from a single gunshot wound. The Greene County Daily World and the Herald-Times report Austin was shot in the abdomen.
The department says the findings of its investigation will be forwarded to prosecutors once it's complete.
