WASHINGTON (AP) - The Toronto Raptors have continued their recent hot stretch by ending the Indiana Pacers' five-game winning streak.

The Pacers had a league-best 25-5 record until DeMar DeRozen scored 26 points and Kyle Lowry had a double-double in the Raptors' 95-82 victory in Toronto. Lowry had 13 points and a season-high 14 assists for the Raptors, who have won four straight and eight of 10 to reach the .500 mark this late in a season for the first time in nearly four years.

Roy Hibbert fouled out with 16 points and Paul George had 12 for Indiana, which recorded a season-worst 23 turnovers. The Pacers now share the league's best record with Oklahoma City.
