The weekend is here and there are lots of local activities from Race for the Cure to the first Indy Eleven soccer game.  Our Indianapolis Indians are also at Victory Field.  Here is the good news: the weather will be warm for any of your outdoor activities this weekend.  Highs will be in the middle and upper 70s on Saturday and Sunday.

As that push of warmer air arrives on Saturday, a stray shower might develop.  We are only expecting to have 1 or 2 show up on the radar maybe Saturday afternoon.  Don't cancel any weekend plans.  Most of the weekend will be dry, with a mix of clouds and sun.

We are tracking a developing storm system for the end of the weekend and early next week.  This will bring the threat for heavy rain and a few storms to central Indiana late Sunday night and Monday.  Highs will be in the 60s on Monday, but that will happen early in the day with temperatures falling into the 40s by later in the day Monday.

The rain moves out, but it will be cooler on Tuesday with highs only in the range of 45-50 degrees.  This chill only lasts one day, as temperatures rebound into the 50s close to 60 degrees by Wednesday.
