Clouds and a few showers have done us a favor so far today. They are keeping risk for severe weather low. There is still a slight risk for severe weather this evening from about I-70 south.
We are not forecasting a washout for Friday night, but there will be scattered showers and a few storms possible through about 10 pm. If you have outdoor plans, remember you can track the storms along with us on Live Doppler 13 Radar. All you need to do is download the SkyTrak Weather app.
The weather system will move toward the Ohio River overnight. It will still be close enough for clouds and a stray shower early Saturday. Mostly sunny skies and highs in the 70s are in the forecast for Saturday afternoon. Highs will near 80 degrees on Sunday. Right now there is only a slight chance for an isolated shower or thundershower on Sunday. Most of the weekend will be dry.
We warm back into the middle 80s on Monday, before storm chances return on Tuesday. Cooler air is back for the middle part of next week, as highs fall back into the 60s.
