CINCINNATI (WTHR) — Pete Rose is once again asking Major League Baseball to remove his name from the ineligible list, according to ESPN.

Rose is saying that people involved with the Astros use of electronic devices to steal signs were punished far less than he was punished.

He argues his betting on baseball never influenced the outcome of a game or performance of a player.

While Rose is baseball's all-time hits leader with 4,256, his name can not be added to Hall of Fame ballots while he is on the ineligible list.
