INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - A month after the death of his father, Jarett Andretti is ready to get back behind the wheel.
The son of the late John Andretti spoke with Dave Calabro about his father's passing and why it was important for him to get back in the race shop.
"It's nice to get here. You're around all your friends, you're around race cars, you're around things that you want to do and that's the best therapy for us. It's going to be hard not having him at the race track, obviously...but he wouldn't want us missing a day of work," he said.
Jarett also talked about the #CheckIt4Andretti campaign started by his father to encourage others to schedule a colonoscopy.
