Slight risk of severe weather for Halloween
All of central Indiana is under a slight risk for severe weather Thursday. The biggest threats will be heavy rain and damaging winds. But an isolated tornado can't be ruled out. There will be another round of rain overnight, with a few rumbles of thunder possible. Temperatures will slowly rise into the 60s. Temperatures will stay in the 60s on Thursday. The strongest part of this developing storm system is still scheduled to arrive on Thursday afternoon and linger through Thursday night. Expect heavy rain and the threat for damaging winds.
The severe threat will end by late Thursday night. Friday will be dry and cooler with highs in the 50s. The weekend forecast includes a chance for a rain/sleet mix on Saturday, but sunshine on Sunday.
