Hamilton County - Former Geist money manager Marcus Schrenker may not have enough money to pay the restitution which is part of a plea deal on securities fraud charges.

A court-appointed receiver said sales of Schrenker's property brought in about $595,000 to pay back victims. That's about $35,000 short of what Schrenker agreed to pay.

That does not include the $900,000 that a Florida judge ordered him to pay for crashing his plane in a swamp.

Also, Schrenker lost millions of dollars from lawsuits in recent years. It's not clear how much, if anything, he paid on those lawsuits.
