Robbery suspect injures Shopper's World employee

Indianapolis - Metro Police are looking for an armed robber who walked into a west side store and injured an employee.

It happened Sunday afternoon at Shoppers World at Lafayette Square Mall. Police say the man walked with a long-barrel gun, forced open the store's safes and put cash in a pillow case. He used some kind of pepper spray and then hit the worker in the head with his gun. He then drove east on 38th Street in a white SUV with chrome rims.

The robber wore a mask made of black panty hose with sunglasses, which he threw out behind another store.
