Predicting weather on Colts game days could bring big money
Thursday marks the first day of training camp for the Indianapolis Colts at Anderson University and as they prepare there, fans can be preparing for the season as well by making some predictions. The team is giving fans an opportunity to guess what the weather will be like on game day, and if you guess correctly, it could mean big money.
The Colts are putting together the $500,000 Weather Challenge. You can try your hand at guessing the outdoor temperature at kickoff for all twenty of the Colts games this season. Plus, for home games, tell us if you think the roof at Lucas Oil Stadium will be open or closed. If you can predict all temperatures and roof positions correctly for the entire season, you could win half a million dollars.
Complete the registration form by clicking here. All entries must be submitted by 12:01 p.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, August 7. You must be a legal resident of the United States and 18 years or older to enter. One entry per person.
Please note that the relevant outdoor temperature will be that at the actual kickoff, even if the game is played at a time different from initially scheduled, like if the game is flexed.
You can enter your predictions by heading to wthr.com and clicking on hot topics to find the form to submit your weather report.
