Police seek northwest Indianapolis bank robbery suspect
Police are searching for a man wanted in a northwest Indianapolis bank robbery Thursday afternoon.
Detectives say the man, described as a black male around 40 years old, demanded money and threatened violence at the FORUM Credit Union at 7023 Corporate Drive. The teller gave the man an undetermined amount of money and he fled the bank in an unknown direction.
Police say the man was wearing a blue baseball cap, a red long-sleeved "PHAT FARM" shirt, blue pants and white gloves. He was also wearing sunglasses and black tennis shoes. He is about 5'7" tall, weighing approximately 160 pounds with a black and gray goatee. He was wearing a long, curly black wig and may have been aided by the use of a black-handled cane.
