Police: Indiana woman shot ex-husband, left body to rot
A woman in southeast Indiana shot her ex-husband 10 times then left his body to rot in a padlocked metal box on their rural property, according to police.
State Police noticed a strange smell and saw flies swarming around the box on the farm in Ohio County near Cincinnati.
Danielle Marie Green was arrested on murder charges. She's pleaded not guilty, claiming self defense. Green said her ex-husband had planned to kill her first.
Prosecutors don't believe her, saying the two didn't have a history of domestic violence.
