The most famous New York Knicks fan found his way courtside at Bankers Life Fieldhouse Saturday night.

With his trademark eyeglasses, an orange hat with wing tip shoes to match, Spike Lee would have stood out in any crowd. And he did so even more at the corner of Pennsylvania and Maryland streets in downtown Indianapolis.

With less than an hour before tip-off between the Pacers and Knicks, Lee and his friends were looking for directions to Bankers Life Fieldhouse. He would not talk to Eyewitness News, nor answer our one question: Where did he get tickets for the game?

Tickets were not hard to come by. Knicks fans were able to find them online and local fans that wait until the last minute were able to negotiate a fair price for decent seats. Season ticket holders had tickets, but this team has had a tough time getting the regular fans back into Bankers Life Fieldhouse.

One fan from Terre Haute said, "the team was too young, however fans had forgotten about the fight in Detroit."

After winning Game 3 and taking a 2-1 series lead over their playoff rivals, the Pacers may be on the way to regaining the bandwagon fan that has been absent for more than a decade.
