Pacers fall to Phoenix 124-100
The Phoenix Suns took down the NBA's best team Wednesday night, beating the Indiana Pacers 124-100.
Paul George led all scorers with 26 points as the Pacers fell to 33-8 on the season and 1-1 on their current western road trip.
Gerald Green scored 23 points against his former team, including 3-of-5 from 3-point range.
Six Phoenix players scored in double figures as the Suns snapped Indiana's five-game winning streak.
The Pacers gave up the most points they have all season. Phoenix led by 13 at the half, and as many as 24 in the third quarter as they matched the Pacers' most lopsided margin of defeat.
George Hill added 16 and David West 13 for Indiana, which plays at Sacramento Friday.
