Over 1,000 hogs killed in Carroll County fire
More than a thousand hogs were killed in a farm fire in Central Indiana.
The blaze damaged three hog barns in Carroll County about 15 miles east of Lafayette. Chopper 13 HD flew over the aftermath.
Investigators said the fire began near coal boilers which are used to heat the barns. It then spread to nearby barns.
The one barn that did not burn was empty.
