Police took one person into custody after shots were fired in a northeast side neighborhood early Thursday morning.

The shots were fired just before 2 a.m. around Brendon Way, just north of 56th Street near I-465.

Police thought the suspects were trapped in a neighborhood just south of 56th Street, so they brought out the K-9 units.

They found one suspect, but called off the search before finding the other three.
