CARMEL, Ind. — The Carmel Police Department is asking for help identifying some purse snatching suspects.
The pair stole a purse from a woman at the Goodwill store located at 10491 Walnut Creek Drive on Aug. 7. The purse had the woman's rent money and personal items.
