Parts needed to fix the millions of cars impacted by the massive GM recall are starting to trickle in to dealerships in some areas of the country.

Dealerships in Michigan have gotten some replacement ignition switches but the dealers we've spoken to in the Indianapolis area are still waiting.

GM told Eyewitness News while some repairs are underway, they hope to fix more cars on a daily basis. Letters are expected to go out to customers starting next week letting them know when the parts will be available.

Dozens of accidents and 13 deaths have been linked to the faulty ignition switch.
