Music festival accused of handing out bad checks

There were lots of cheers when Kings of Leon, Jane's Addiction and The Black Keys performed at a popular northern California music festival this year.

But now the people behind the BottleRock Napa Valley music festival are being jeered - for failing to pay those who helped make the event possible.

Authorities say they have gotten two complaints that checks from festival organizers bounced. One check was written to a security company, the other to a food vendor.

Promoters are already facing lawsuits from other vendors and stagehands who say they haven't been paid, either.
