Most expensive home in the world now on the market

The most expensive home - per square foot - in the world just went on the market.

Sun Hung Kai Properties is offering a super-deluxe house in Hong Kong for HK$175,735 ($22,670 US dollars) per square foot, according to the South China Morning Post. With 4,661 square feet, the final price tag comes in at HK$819 million ($105.7M US dollars). The home also features a 4,478 sq ft garden, a private pool, a 273 sq ft terrace, a 813 sq ft rooftop and 917 sq ft of car parking space. It also comes with a 220 sq ft air-conditioning plant room.
