The rain is gone, but the fog is in parts of the area this morning. The fog will burn off later today, but watch for some areas of dense fog, especially south of Indianapolis today.

It is really cool today, with our morning beginning with temps in the 50s. Expect a mix of sun and clouds today, with a noon temperature near 72 degrees and highs in the upper 70s. Allergy sufferers may have to have a tissue handy because the pollen count will be high the next 3 days.

The average number of 90 degrees days in a year is 18. We haven't had any 90 degree days yet and we don't have any in the 7 day forecast.

Highs will be near 80 degrees on Thursday and Friday. Higher heat returns for the weekend. Forecast highs are in the lower and middle 80s starting Saturday.

We are still tracking the chance for weekend storms. Right now, the best chance for a few storms is on Sunday.
