Flooding on Keystone Ave. near Kessler Boulevard

Heavy rain led to flash flooding at trouble spots across central Indiana.

Flood warnings issued for Marion, Johnson, Shelby and Hancock Counties were all expired by 2:30 pm.

On Keystone Ave. just south of Kessler, traffic slowed to a crawl as drivers navigated through several inches of water. A block over and a little south at 53rd and Tacoma, at least one car had to be towed after getting caught in flood waters.

Eyewitness News crews spotted another vehicle stalled out after driving through high water, and WTHR viewers tell us several cars had stalled in the area of Keystone Ave.
