Family members say Paul Walker has returned to his family.

Walker was last seen around 1 p.m. Tuesday in the 1800 block of Sugar Grove Avenue (near West 19th Street and East Riverside Drive). Walker, 59, is described as a six-foot tall white male, weighing 225 pounds with salt and pepper hair and blue eyes.

His daughter, Angela, told police Walker suffers from many health issues, including depression, and she was not sure if he had been taking his medication.

Angela Walker told police she found a handwritten note from her father stating that he loved them and asking that she and her sisters take care of their mother.

A family member says Walker was tired, sore and hungry.
