Marion County deputy facing felony charges
A Marion County Sheriff's Office deputy is facing felony charges.
Deputy David A. Clemmons was arrested Thursday on an outstanding warrant for exploitation of an adult dependant. The alleged exploitation occurred between 2005-07 and the warrant was issued in 2009.
The sheriff's office says the warrant listed a different birth date for Clemmons, but further investigation confirmed Clemmons was wanted by the court.
He has been placed on unpaid administrative leave.
