A New York 4-year-old recently got a special surprise from one of the biggest names in country music.

When Riley and his mother went to Luke Bryan's concert Sunday in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., he wore a t-shirt that said "Luke Bryan is one of the pieces to my puzzle," a reference to the motto, for lack of a better word, used for autism awareness.

Riley himself has Asperger's Syndrome, a form of Autism.

His mom sent in a letter to their local country radio station, WGNA, saying how much Bryan's music meant to her and her family. The letter touched so many at the station, they invited Riley and Marjorie to their studios to talk about it.

"He gets that sparkle in his eye when he hears music and he dances and sings," said Marjorie. "I'd just thank [Luke Bryan] for the music that he does....When Riley pretends he's him, he's a whole other person. When he's struggling...music is a great therapy."

After speaking for a few minutes, Marjorie and Riley were surprised with a special on-air phone call from Luke Bryan himself, who said he actually saw Riley and his t-shirt from stage the night of the concert.

"I had never known that 'You're the piece to my puzzle' was like an autism statement. I just remember reading it [from stage] and thinking, 'Well, that's an interesting thing to put on a shirt'....I'm actually having some tears on the bus here....When you know that things go to a whole 'nother level of helping people, it just makes life even more special."

He then asked Riley which song was his favorite. When he answered, "Play It Again," Bryan sang it for him over the phone.
